Palacio Santanna - Lisbon

the hotel is fairly clean, with especially helpful personal, and offers amazing location right by funicular, quiet and restaurants. the room is a nice size and beautiful, comes with fantastic views, so much space, as example.

We booked a nice size rooms with a balcony and shared bathroom. The food was nice and the staff were very helpful...

Palacio santanna has a fantastic location, just a short walk from restaurants and the metro. The self check-in process was seamless, and my room wasnice and neat. I also enjoyed that the common areas were well-maintained. Wifi was available in my room, super helpful.

Staying for three nights was perfect for exploring Lisbon’s sights. The self-check-in made it really easy, and my room was very clean and super comfortable, especially the bed! I loved having a great view from my room, which made every morning special. The shared bathrooms were well-maintained, making it feel like I wasn’t sharing at all. Plus, the location was quite favorable for reaching places like the Castle of Sao Jorge and Santa Justa Lift within a short walk.

The view from my room was just jaw-dropping! The self check-in was nice and easy after a long flight, and the shared showers were always available with hot water, a lifesaver. Maria at reception was super chill and responded quick when I had questions!

Only had one small towel for the stay-could've used more, ag man.

wifi didn't work well, but the views from the balcony are absolutly fine.

I loved that my room had a fine view, and the common areas were bright and beautifully decorated. I appreciated having a well-equipped kitchen for meal prep. The cleanliness in the shared bathrooms could definitely be improved as they often weren't tidied up after use.

Palacio santanna is such a cozy place, loved the atmospheric vibe on the top of the hill. Maria was super nice and changed my room to the ground floor when it was too hot upstairs. The living room and kitchen were really spacious, and the view was just so good. Plus, it's super clean and comfy.

Could use a mirror in the room, and the towels were a bit on the brink of enough. I could hear noise from the hallway sometimes.

The beautiful historical palace was very central and provided a quiet room to work remotely. The owner was super responsive.

The room I stayed in had central heating, an iron, and a work desk, and I enjoyed my 3-night stay enough to consider returning in the future.

The ambiance here is peaceful, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the King room comes with Wi-Fi and a kitchen.
